Download a Video from a Supported Link in Chrome
ScreenApp can import a video from a link and download it as MP4 once it has been processed. Use links from YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and most other public video links (Twitch, Loom, Dropbox, Google Drive, Pinterest, X, Threads, Douyin, Kuaishou, Bilibili) through a generic importer. The file is processed in your ScreenApp account; downloading it requires a paid plan.
How to Save the MP4
- Copy the public video link.
- Paste it into ScreenApp and let the import finish.
- Open the processed recording and download the MP4 with a paid plan.
You do not need a Chrome extension. A public page is not necessarily supported: check the supported sources above before importing. A pasted link does not give ScreenApp access to your private browser session.

Yes, free (no card). The free plan includes 3 uploads. YouTube link imports do not count against the upload limit. See current plans and download access.
