About Andre
Andre co-founded ScreenApp and runs it as CEO. It is a two-founder company, so he works across product, support and growth rather than one function, and the content on this site is written by the people who build and use the product.
He got here after B2B SaaS roles at Prezi and Infogram. ScreenApp is listed among the startups on the UNSW Founders page. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Information Systems) from UNSW and completed the UNSW Founders program.
These days he runs ScreenApp's SEO and content operation himself. That is unusual for a CEO, and it is deliberate: he wants the people writing about the product to actually use it. He keeps one rule he will not bend, which is that he tests a tool on a real recording before anything goes out about it. On this site he is the product reviewer, the person who checks that claims about speed, pricing, and accuracy match what the product does.
His writing leans on real numbers rather than guesses, the kind that come from ScreenApp's own usage data and hands-on testing. The accuracy page and the pricing page are the clearest examples of the work he stands behind.
